Two-Part Breathwork Experience

Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in a cycle of stress? Join us for an active meditation session, a powerful two-part breathwork practice designed to help you release tension, connect deeply with your emotions, and cultivate inner clarity.

We'll begin by setting an intention for the evening, creating space for focus and self-reflection. From there, we’ll dive into the rhythmic breathwork practice—an immersive experience that encourages deep release and connection. The session will conclude with a grounding meditation to help you integrate your experience and leave feeling centered and renewed.

  • Recharge your immune system and boost energy

  • Encourage mindfulness, even for those who “can’t meditate”
