At times, you might prefer high temperature comfort of a traditional sauna. When you’re in the mood for a milder heat therapy, infrared is a good option.

FAQs

Our Finnleo Infrasauna offers both traditional and infrared sauna options. During the week, we run the sauna as infrared 7:00AM-12:00PM and traditional from 12:00PM-6:00PM. Saturdays are Infrared and Sundays are traditional.

Sauna sessions last 20 minutes, but your time in th sauna is up to you! It is advised to start in 5-10 minutes increments, leaving the sauna to cool off and entering for another “inning” during your session.

Wear something you don’t mind sweating in, like loose cotton clothing or a bathing suit. We provide towels and a space to change and securely hang and store your items.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! If possible, wait 1-2 hours after your session before showering to let your core temperature come down naturally to maximize the benefits of sauna bathing.

Please consult with your physician if you have a history of heart problems, high blood pressure, or any health issues. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) states that becoming overheated in a sauna is not recommended during pregnancy.
